Customized Training Programs: SIMPLE!!
These are the possible
programs. Each is suited for a specific purpose. The bottom
line is that each is PERSONALIZED just for you. You help me
design your program because you know your body and circumstances
better than anyone else!
See below for a
description of each. If you see a
specific program you are interested, you have two basic options:
First Option: Order using Google Checkout, then email me at
smartrunning@sbcglobal.net and I will get back to you
about your program choice.
Second Option: Email me
at
smartrunning@sbcglobal.net
about your goals and plans, and what plan looks right for
you. I will reply back to you within 24 hrs. We will work
collaboratively on a
personal program, one that fits your needs .
Use PayPal, Google Checkout, personal
check or money order to pay for program. Bingo! You get to
Smart Running!
Program Details and Prices
PR PRogram:
$100 for three months
These programs will be designed especially to help those runners
with the goal of reaching a specific time either as a Personal
Record (PR), or a qualifying time for any race and/or race
distance (such as quailfying for Boston). I will keep in contact
with you constantly through the duration of the program; we will
set up an online log to review your progress.
6 Month and 12
Month
Programs : $125 for 6 months and $ 200 for 12 months
These programs are designed for the runner who wants to keep
training yearlong. You have one goal to reach during this time
or several but the key will be that I create a enduring program.
We will keep in touch during the year and create periods of
training garnered to your growth and goals.
Finisher Program : $75 for three
months
These programs are designed for the runner who has a goal of
completing a certain race, such as a marathon or half marathon
or anyone who just wants to get more fit and doesn't have a
distance or time in mind at this time.
I
will keep in contact with you constantly through the duration of
the program; we will set up an online log to review your
progress.
Fitness
Program: $50 for
three months
These programs are designed for the runner who just wants to get more fit and doesn't have a
distance or time in mind at this time.
Try the Program: $25 for one month
If you are not sure
what you want to do, try a one month program. Whether you are a
beginner or a veteran, give it a go for a month at a low cost
and see what happens!
